STEPS TO BEGIN CARE


Initial Call - Once we’ve gathered some information, we will have a short phone call to answer any questions or pressing concerns and set up a time to meet in person.


In-Home Evaluation - Next we will meet with you to answer all your in-depth questions and ask detailed questions of our own. This will help us to create a customized care plan to fit your unique needs.


Start of Care - On the first day that care services start, we will come with our caregiver to review the customized care plan together and make friendly introductions.
